You can delete your account from any browser. You do not need to install or reinstall the Android app.
- Open Spends and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open your profile, then Settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm the deletion.
What is deleted
Deletion permanently removes your app profile, finance entries, accounts, categories, budgets, recurring and planned entries, goals, JOJI conversations, context, confirmed memories, answer evidence and feedback. This action cannot be undone.
Backups and Google access
Any spreadsheet backup you created belongs to your Google Drive and is not removed by deleting your Spends account. Delete that spreadsheet in Google Drive if you no longer want it. You can also revoke Spends access from your Google Account permissions.
To remove only some information, you can delete individual entries, conversations or confirmed JOJI memories inside Spends instead.
